Returns policy

You have 30 days to change your mind. Here is exactly how returns work.

Your right to return

If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of receiving them for a refund or exchange. This is in addition to your legal rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Condition of returned items

  • Items should be unused and in a resaleable condition.
  • Please include original tags and any protective packaging where possible.
  • For hygiene reasons, feeding mats and bowls that have been used cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How to return an item

  1. Email support@rosewodpet.shop with your order reference and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will reply with a return address and simple instructions.
  3. Post the item back to us. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is arranged and paid by you; we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we process refunds as described in our refund policy. Refunds are made to the original method of payment where a payment was taken.
